My mobile got snatched as I was on my active and couldnt get it back

to common people. Two days have been passed and no action has taken place to get back the mobile, I request you to take this matter seriously so this thing wont take place again which is essential for common people safety.

as they ran away on the bike. When I went to file FIR, policeman were not cooperative at all even after requesting them several time no action was taken.
Just next day complaint was filed as Mobile went missing and not as snatching which is disappointing how our system is useless
