@RideUTA I love UTA overall and got rid of my car as part of the public transportation dedication I have. These delays are frustrating but I'll stick it out and encourage others to do so as the overall system improves.
UTA just loves to ditch their riders @RideUTA had one on time 740 bus in 11 rides. And the station is right outside the bus depot. I see the buses leaving there with the garage sign on.
@RideUTA Thank you! just the 455 and 470 bus arrive late to their first 4:58 and 5:00 route stop every day usually at least 5 minutes. Most days I have around a minute to run my heart out to connect to frontrunner but there's times I just get to watch it pull out and be late to work.
@RideUTA@NathanCox198492 Not calling unless that's the CEOs number. Or at least someone c suite to actually listen. Your report-makers and kind customer service don't deserve to be on the receiving end of ire. Your c suites do.
@RideUTA To save time, you should give us updated when there is:
A) an on time, working frontrunner
B) a plan for issues that happens multiple times a week.
When issues happen weekly on public transit, you would think @RideUTA would have better solutions than "oops car on tracks there might be a bus bridge". But nope, they're not a serious transit agency.
Proposal for UTAs motto is "get fucked"
@PubliusDB@NateForUtah@luv2db8 I can see how this is our Utah reps mindset as well. Might as well give up on removing conflicts of interest before we begin. Utah is not the state of small government, publius
