@coopuk just had the lack of customer service and general kindness in the UK reaffirmed. Conversations between staff members talking about some guy they hate and calling him a C?!T and a TW?T. All while processing my shopping. Didn’t even get a hello.
@coopuk It’s actually given me the final fuel I needed to set up a business teaching the importance of customer service. No one seems to care anymore. Thanks @coopuk
I am now a full day behind on my job and i feel completely drained from the whole experience. there should be a support helpline for people who find it very hard to deal with being pushed from pillar to post. how is anyone meant to get on with life! @CTSI_UK@Motor_Ombudsman
Today has been the perfect documented reason for the level of frustration i am feeling. Last Wednesday i have been trying to get hold of @lv or @Coplus_UK or @WiseDriving or @HastingsDirect or @iGO4_insurance or Highway. and only Just spoken to someone from my actual insurer 👍
This is what i mean! I Just spoken to Rachel At @Coplus_UK and the told me my insurance is with highway that operate under @lv. the number i was given does exist any more. The number is gives to ring is for @HastingsDirect who i was on hold with for 30mins then cut off 👍
@Coplus_UK? @WiseDriving? Highway insurance? LV insurance? Turns out when you claim. It’s impossible to know who your insurer is & when you get to claims line you just get told to call a different number that they don’t tell you 👍. DO NOT GET CAR INSURANCE WITH THESE INSURERS
@Motor_Ombudsman There must be something you can do to make it easier for consumers to claim and actually speak to a real human that can show REAL HUMAN EMPATHY. Or, does it not exist anymore? Dealing with the claim seems to be harder to deal with that the actual car accident

maybe its on the number that when you call back on it just hangs up very time after option 2,2. Tells me to call back on a number that was sent to be when i made the initial claim.
