IMD is the only dept under GOI that is reminds the colonial methods so that this nation and officials should not forget slavery. They looted this nation for their countries benefit but IMD admin creating conducive rules for legal loot in a particular cadre progress.

Lower cadres r supressed by denying OTA promotions etc as on date. Some offcials r sitting on one chair for 20 years and their height of chair is raised w/o any efforts.
