We Work 24×7 but didn't get oprational status.We do all the scientific work but didn't get scientific status. No promotion for SA but so called scientists gets promotion every 3 year w/o during research or anything

Scientists getting promoted every 5 years To B,C,D,E.... and so on then why SA is not getting promotion like wise SA .. B ,C,D,....
Scientific Assistant is doing duties 24x7 and they have talent too to take promotion.
