Brown water is spewing from people’s faucets as the water crisis continues in Jackson, MS. Residents of the city are reporting very low water pressure or discolored water, and a boil water advisory is still in effect since July.

This morning, @POTUS called Mayor Lumumba of Jackson, MS to hear firsthand from the Mayor about the urgent situation with access to clean and safe water. They discussed emergency response efforts underway, including support from FEMA, EPA, and the Army Corps.
I have family in Jackson, MS. Please pray for everyone in Capitol city Jackson, as at one point the heat index was 102 and there was no running water to over 100,000 residents. Nothing to cook, clean, cool off, etc.
