ENDURANCE trial is the new SoC. But even around this data, practice differs. We were talking to @SagarLonialMD and their group is planning to extend treatment to perhaps 3yrs if MRD is positive at 2yr mark…
In my practice, I am following this trial. Thoughts @RahulBanerjeeMD@VincentRK@Myeloma_Doc@GKaurMD
The algorithm is fascinating & extensive. Love the references for all the decision points.
Wish the graphic was a little less blurry as would love to share more widely.
Maybe a spot in graphic for 1st/2nd line trial consult? mountaineer 3, BbopCo all valid options

Truly thankful to @EGFRResisters and @jillfeldman4 for the opportunity to be part of the EGFR Resisters Patient & Caregiver Summit in Chicago and for their continued leadership in patient advocacy and education. 💙
I shared our #ASCO26 work on AI in EGFR-mutant NSCLC, conducted in collaboration with @Larvol 🤖, along with practical ways patients can use AI to better understand medical information, explore clinical trials, compare treatment options, translate information, and prepare questions for clinic visits.
We also discussed the limitations of AI- and why it should support, not replace, conversations with the oncology team.
