@sussexmarco @soniascs46 @Ed_Miliband I can assure you, thats incorrect!, the situations we have been to from unserviced boilers, range from from gaskets gone causing fires, seals perished causing products of combustion to enter the living space, to fan tubes splitting and causing gas leaks, very poor advice.
