@Dagoat24k@AcrossCavs Lmao doing your research. I respect that.
All in all, just because I think Evan Mobley might work coming off the bench and you clearly don’t, at least we can agree on Go Cavs. Idgaf what the lineup is as long as we win it all
@TheMobleyMob@AcrossCavs We haven’t really seen Mobley with harden yet but I’m down to try it. I just think Allen makes better decisions with the ball more consistently. Mobley prob has the higher ceiling, but what does that really mean if he doesnt take that leap we’ve been wanting him to take for 5 yrs
@camart01MVS@AcrossCavs Honestly I just don’t think Evan has that high of a basketball IQ. He had that insane statue dunk, but if you go and watch the possession after that. He stands in the corner doing nada, even when the shot went up. Didn’t run back on defense or go for the rebound. Just stood there
@TheMobleyMob@AcrossCavs I think you put Dean Wade in to start. Keeps the defense solid and Dean can spread the floor more. The starting 5 is not always your best 5, it’s the 5 that work the best together. Allen plays better when Mobley isn’t on the floor, and you gotta run with that.
@camart01MVS@AcrossCavs Fair on DS, I think we give Mobley too much credit though. Hes young and he’s talented, but he’s yet to take that leap. Hes the exact same player he was 5 years ago, and that’s just not gonna cut it. Look I love the guy, but I’m done defending him
@TheMobleyMob@AcrossCavs But this has nothing to do with what I initially said. It’s irrelevant what porter jr does because come playoff time he’s not gonna see minutes. But Evan? If he’s the guy we’ve touted for 5 years, he can’t play like a deep reserve. He got a shot, and he didn’t even take it..
@TheMobleyMob@AcrossCavs I mean it’s no surprise why he’s doing better though, no Evan Mobley. I think bringing Mobley off the bench makes both the first and second team better.
