@Lau52843943 @opodolovers @opodo if you go through the small claims court once the papers are served they have about 3 weeks to respond. if they haven't responded by the date the court gives them you can ask for a judgement to be made and you will get your money

@opodo 4774683127. I have been backwards and forwards with you to get my money back. you keep referring to the airline but they have said it is down to the issuer(you) to give the refund.

Hi Marc I wonder if you can help. I have just heard back from my credit card company to say I cannot pursue my claim under section 75 because the purchase was made over 540 days ago. you did mention you were successful going through the small claims court.
