I bought a ticket for about £2K from @KoreanAir_KE via @opodo in September 2020 and have been waiting for a refund for a long time. Opodo is saying that Koreianair is not giving refunds. I contacted @AmexUK but they said they can't handle it because it was over 2 years ago.

@Lau52843943 @opodo I finally got my full 2K back from Opodo. I got contacted by eDreams odigeo's legal team and my money was refunded including the cost of the court claim. Hope everyone got money back by doing legal actions. Big thanks to @Lau52843943 and @jackyb27

Has anyone sued @opodo? If anyone has already had success with this, it would be helpful to get some advice. Looks like their UK entities' address are:
26-28 HAMMERSMITH GROVE, LONDON, Greater London, W6 7BA But please anyone advise me.

Has anyone had success getting a refund from @opodo ? I am currently preparing to take them to court, but when I ask them where they are located they say they can't tell me because it is a privacy policy. Instead I was only told the location of their head office in Barcelona.
