@TMZ No one “deserves” to be a parent or yo have a child. The good news for her is that she already IS a mother, just a selfish one with a dead child. And just like anyone else, she is not entitled to another one.
@Nova_Norse@Nyct0phil3_x Something that’s also missing from this conversation is that even while children are off independent playing (and I’m assuming you don’t also have a baby underfoot) you will also experience many disruptions. You can’t do several activities if there’s an interruption every 20 min
@Tyler46610106@QuetzalPhoenix@KepplerDan The correct answer. The story is about mustangs as a symbol of the inevitable taming of the West. The natives are shown as another casualty in the inevitable change that is to come but the story isn’t really about them
@StoutBlackthorn @chunguskitten His silence about a lot of scandals are truly deafening. He also doesn't really show his followers the respect or appreciation I think they deserve considering what they've given him.
Can you really call yourself a stay-at-home parent if they are at school?
Two, you are throwing your wife under the bus, not once did you mention that she contributes to the child-rearing.
One kid is so different then raising more than one.
I noticed you didn't mention any activities outside the home and trying to manage a multiple schedules when you have multiple kids.
Cleaning was not mentioned either, and cleaning up after one girl is a different then cleaning up after multiple children and even worse with boys.
I love being a stay at home. The hardest part of being a stay at home is other people saying you have it so easy and devaluing a mother's contribution as if your value comes from how hard something is for you or isn't.
Blessings to the mother of your child this Mother's Day.
@MugenLord It does get easier while they are at school, but very young children can be very tiring, also messy. And two or three are a bit more demanding than one. As P.J. O’Rourke put it “going from one child to two is like the difference between keeping a dog and running a zoo.”
@ERrad_ulcer@MomKrill But the original comment was *specifically* directed at TRADWIVES highlight that it was a negative feminist idea that a woman be able to access the husband's (household) financial assets. @MomKrill is specifically addressing wives who DO handle all the household essentials.
@SayNoToTrading@DividendGrowth But if your employer is satisfied with your work, you are meeting what is expected/required to complete the job why does it matter if it's not your personal best? As long as you aren't violating any DNCs who cares? Workplaces seldom reward exceptional quality
No, that's not how it works.
Food companies do not use sawdust as a filler, and they do not have "woodchipping equipment" in their bakeries that turns wood into sawdust for bread or other foods.
The filler sometimes added to processed foods (like shredded cheese or some breads) is food-grade cellulose — a highly refined white powder made by specialized chemical companies far away from the bakery.
Bakeries buy this powder in bags and mix in tiny amounts. They don't grind wood themselves.
@sw1ssmystery@TreyvonLusk@SigNSour@lichthauch Not to mention all children are inherently distinct on a genetic basis. Some are simply naturally difficult to parent from the get go. Even large familieis with mostly mild mannered children sometimes have an inexplicable wild card
@MomKrill It blows my mind how many folks forget that there are plenty of folks on SNAP who don't have full access to typical cooking aids. (living in hotels, cars, homeless, apartments that don't come with appliances etc. etc.)
@tahiniok@hillbillythings Not at all. I simply pointed out there are other modes of milk types and processing that accommodate for those who have digestive issues related to enzymes. And again, I don’t believe the data is rock solid about raw being a better alternative to the others I mentioned
@tahiniok@hillbillythings No, there’s not enough good data or studies to verify it. Not to mention there are so many low vat pasteurization options and A2 varieties. Plus some other species milk just suits people better. The buck doesn’t stop with pasteurization.
@VeritasCath0lic@chesterbelloc3 Almost every single thing he says can be cross referenced with other sources, even the information he learns in exorcisms which Melody has an issue with. It's not like he's predicting specific future events or sharing new "divine revelations"
