The @openclaw + Mac mini explosion proves power users (prosumers) want always-on agents with access to their data. Not their data locked in a siloed app cloud.

We need a Personal AWS. A private backend where our files, context, and compute are portable across any agent we spin up.

The stack is upside down today.
