Went to bed with 25mm of rain. Woke up to 200mm and sound of water breaking through levee. I was panicking but my 3 boys thought the helicopter ride was fun 😂. Thanks to SES. Luckily water was about 5mm from going into the house. All animals were safe, couldn’t have been luckier

Anyone seen this with fall armyworm in sorghum? Found this is some Halifax where they are burrowing into the side of the stems. Found 4th-6th instar larvae doing it and in areas have done it to a large proportion of plants

Dryland sorghum in the #Burdekin coping well despite constant Fall army worm damage. 100% of plants with at least 2 larvae sometimes up to 10+
