@SAS @mfullstop 3 Suggestions:
1) SAS return to their "old" system and remove the service charge.
2) Cellists book their own seat online then call up and book the "non service charged" cello
3) SAS implement an option on their website to allow us to book both our own seat + a cello extra seat!
