@tomfgoodwin Interesting how those things pan out and it's a bit of a shame. This is probably around $1300-1400 per square feet and nobody would still even consider it.

Salaries seem somewhat similar. Is it same kind of owner structure where owners vote on everything?

@thomaspaulmann Personally - I would love a Include ⌘ option here. That way I can enable hyper key but exclude ⌘.

That way I can bind:
Caps Lock = Create reminder
Caps Locks + ⌘ = Open reminders

Think similar logic as shift but the ⌘ much easier for my chubby fingers to combine with caps.

One more wishful for down the road. Meh support (⌃⌥⇧) for your hyperkey setup. Love the workflow and makes ⌘ being an extension for that. Using Superkey for just that purpose.
