I had the privilege of sitting next to Andy in the ICPS ops room at Marshall for the Artemis I launch. I will always remember the joy on his face when we saw the SAWCAM video of ICPS on-orbit. We miss him dearly, and I'm so glad folks are able to witness our send-off for him.

@rocketgirlbecks Yes!! They've been so active this week, and with what seems like pretty short (<10min) gaps between burns. Sounded almost like ascent, entry, and landing type timeline last night. Think the low clouds help the sound travel farther too.

@Jack_Frodo Automation depends on the telemetry they got from the booster. Since both boosters eventually burnt out at the same time, some sensors might've indicated somewhat nominal conditions (temp/press). However, the overall yaw moment of the stack would've certainly raised alarms.

@TaylorHose I swear some of the hotels near JSC are straight out of the Twilight Zone. I once stayed in a very okay big hotel in Clear Lake where I must've been one of only 12 guests all week.
