Fatalities: 33% impairment, 16.5% no seatbelt, 20% "may be" speed (fatality risk is speed-dependent; 31 in a 30 =/= a larger fatality risk)

@CamGuthrie Provincial leaders are too busy putting resources towards NIMBYism to actually put resources towards solving critical issues. They'd rather argue over who does something than actually doing that thing.
