🤯 My full-time job isn’t *my job*, it’s hitting my protein goals.
The math is brutal: At 82kg, 1.7 g/kg is 139g of protein.
The body can only synthesize ~25-30g of protein every 1.5 hours! I'm eating every 90 mins! 🤦♂️
Protein struggle bus, anyone? What's your top hack?👇

It’s a full time job to intake the recommended amount of protein in one day. Am I the only one complaining about this? 1.7 g/kg at 82kg is 139.4g of protein. Issue is, humans can only synthesize 25g of protein every ~1.5 hours. That’s 114g (0.25 lbs) of sirloin 4.3 times per day.

@PaulHBar I'm trying to think how I would feel if someone did that to me... but, then again, I wouldn't let my dog shit in someone else's yard.... and not pick it up....
My neighbors dog keeps crapping in my front yard. Mid-size dog so the poos are large. What's the civil way to address this? I want to make a pile in his yard right where our properties meet, where he has a huge pile of bricks. That's not very civil, albeit fair.
What do I do?
Becoming successful isn't always glamorous. 💅It's about stepping out of your comfort zone and doing cringey things until they're no longer cringey. Embrace the awkwardness, learn from your mistakes, and keep pushing forward. That's how you grow and succeed!

Here's part one of a great skill for interpersonal communication. Try it with your spouse, coworker, or even your children. Dogs don't really give a darn, though.

If I set appropriate boundaries, I don't need to worry about giving people seconds chances. The boundary is the second chance, the first was the reason I had to set the boundary.
What if they've shown some progress?
