Financial systems need more than code!
They need a team that has lived with the edge cases for years.
10+ years building Bkper: a programmable, zero-sum ledger with API, SDKs, CLI, Apps, Sheets, events, and human review where it matters.

Bkper guarantees the balance values,
The Agent understands your requests.
You agree and from the CLI runs deterministic code and queries to work with your ledger.
Only the understanding is none deterministic.
The Enterprise finance model for AI.
AI can help with finance work, but the ledger cannot be probabilistic.
Good pattern: isolate judgment, keep movements structured, make outputs traceable, and let people review exceptions.
Agents need rails.

Interested? Just out of curiosity, are you able to see where your customers are are geographically located? I am wondering if there is an accountant in the DC area that uses or works with clients who use Bkper that I may be able to connect with to help with tax preparation.
@FariaLimaElevat Paulistano sabe a distância em tempo por medio de transporte....
"de caro?" "40 minutos"
"de uber?" "50 minutos"
"de metro?" "1 hora 20 minutos"
...
A spreadsheet is often the fastest interface for finance work. Bkper adds the structured backend: Books, Accounts, Groups, Transactions, balances, automations, and API access — connected to Google Sheets.

GPT-5.5 is really impressive - and the $100 codex subscription is enough to work all day long with 2-3 https://t.co/87wbf94CkA sessions in parallel - lets see how long that deal is gonna last - still keeping opencode go subscription and kimi-k2.6 as a backup :-)
Bkper gives developers a ledger with API, SDKs, CLI, Apps, and Google Sheets surfaces. Primitive: record resource movements from one Account to another, then query transactions, balances, groups, and events.

Now you see humanoid robots mimic humans, with human tools (hands, screwdriver, cups garbage cans, etc)
Once settled in, bots incorporate more and more of these tools, our products will become "bot friendly" and we... We will not buy screw drivers anymore.
I'm now on Pi with Kimi k2.6 and it is actually very lean.
Harnessed with the Bkper Agent it is really boosting bookkeeping and accounting performance.
I'll seek to make some vids about it...
Still, everything is indicating that we are "close" to a solution for such a long time! Surprising after such a long time, its likely to be a solution, that is not a feature in the sense of do this, do that... It is simply going to run in the background and avoid duplicates!
Duplicate Transactions have been on our backlog since the beginning of Bkper as it is a common problem for all financial systems... I even made a GS App to help finding and merging the duplicates in a Book.
🧵
For all these years saying "no we don't have a feature for duplicates" to users because we didn't believe in the realizable solutions available at the time, has been at the least "frustrating"
