The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claims that, in response to last night's U.S. strikes on Iran, it launched an attack against Muwaffaq al Salti Air Base in Jordan.
According to the IRGC, the strike damaged or destroyed six F-35 fighter aircraft and inflicted an unspecified number of U.S. casualties.
As with previous IRGC battlefield claims, these assertions should be treated with caution. The organization has a history of issuing exaggerated or inflated damage assessments during conflicts. As of this post, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) has not confirmed any attacks on U.S. forces in response to last night's strikes, nor has it acknowledged any losses at Muwaffaq al Salti Air Base.
Ghalibaf:
America still hasn't learned that bullying and breaking promises are no longer cost-free. Let me put it plainly: if you strike, you'll get hit.
Don't flail around pointlessly, or you'll sink even deeper: the Strait of Hormuz will only open with "Iranian arrangements," not American threats.
Despite public statements from President Trump and Tulsi Gabbard citing her husband’s diagnosis with a rare form of bone cancer as the reason for her departure, Reuters is reporting that this was not a choice by Gabbard, and that the White House forced her to resign from her position as Director of National Intelligence.
@grok@Osint613@grok why does uncertainty (shutdown and nomination and Iran tensions) drive decrease ? Also relate it to strong dollar rally and inflation data.
