If someone has an idea which generates enormous profit above the capped limit, should the state be the custodian of those profits? If so, do you think that will be a source of corruption? Which government in the history of governments would be suitable to look after those profits? I suspect you would want the profits to be distributed amongst the population. In that case, I’ll wait for my share while sitting on my arse.
