Still on the tarmac @JetBlue . Customer service tried to tell me it was a weather issue for the Sunday flight and nothing they could do. How is that you can make people wait for 10+ hours and that’s just ok?
So to summarize, we’ve been delayed for a total of 12 hours between Sunday and today. Completely unacceptable behavior @JetBlue and zero accountability.
Oh another “update” a computer reboot for another 23 minutes. And God Forbid, you try to reach @JetBlue via customer service … pretty sure that’s a black hole.
Not only was it extremely difficult to occupy a toddler, we spent unnecessary money due to their incompetence. Heading back on @JetBlue now and yep, you guessed it. Another delay. Was supposed to depart at 4:15 and now are suffering another “mechanical” delay. What a joke..
Extremely unhappy with @JetBlue. Started with Sunday wasting 9 hrs and 45 minutes for a delay coming out of JFK with a 15 month old. Very little updates on what the problem was and watched plenty of flights leave near us. Snacks? A sick joke. Wasted 8 hours of my day yesterday.
