I’m shocked to learn first hand how terrible the customer service is @Airbnb No help from @AirbnbHelp or support with a SCAM booking!! I booked the listing below of the “Gorgeous Large House..” of course you only get the address of ur booking after you pay...

@AirbnbHelp This google maps image of the address, clearly shows it there is no private front yard, backyard or gated driveway, no stained glass..Not the same front door nor is this a single family home! It’s a multi family unit apartment building!
