The rescue operation following a Russian terrorist strike on a post terminal near Kharkiv has been completed. 17 people were injured; all of them received necessary assistance. Six people were killed. My condolences go out to their close ones!

We will certainly respond to every Russian terrorist act, including this strike.

Terrorists will not be able to shatter the Ukrainian resolve to defend our state, independence, and the willingness of our people to work and fight for their homeland. Moscow should have no reason to expect Ukraine to ever break down.

Ukraine will not break down. It will stand strong. It will persevere. And, despite all odds, it will drive Russian evil from its territory.
