The older I get, the more I've realized that the difference between an average life and an extraordinary one is simple: intentionality. Most people just let life happen to them. They never make decisions. They never take risks. They never plan. They simply reach the end of their life and wonder how they got there.

People pray to God and rely on him to fix their life, but the bitter truth is that God can present you with choices, but it’s your responsibility to choose well.

I've vowed to be an active participant in my life. I've vowed to try and make my life good. I've vowed to choose well. I know that I'm living a life I love on purpose. There is nothing accidental about it.

The life you have today is built on the choices you made yesterday. And the life you’ll have tomorrow depends on the choices you make today. Remember that.

Wise words from @naval:

[COCO @TWOTIMESABITCH]

i genuinely do not believe people treat you how they feel about you. i believe they treat you based on the state of mind they're in. some people unintentionally hurt you because they are at war with themselves suffering, and suffering with things that has nothing to do with you.
