Anyone known the contact of head office at @JustEatUK they've said ill get a refund and now saying I wont as its wrong, I've sent all the proof - they say it isn't enough!! Companies that lie and withhold the truth don't deserve customers!!

When you return a top to tesco as nobody took the tag off, even though I went to self checkout and had someone check my items and I had the receipt! Was still questioned and very nearly declined a refund!

@BarclaysUKHelp To get help. Apparently, they can't refer it and I have to go through it all again tomorrow. Least I was given the warning its likely to be busy so bear with them. 90 minutes today and who knows how long tomorrow. I'll take the hit, pay the unnecessary charge and go elsewhere.

@BarclaysUK are a joke!! Will be closing all accounts and moving to a different bank. Charging stupid amounts of interest on a barclaycard when it was all paid on time! Disgusting. Customer service no help either! Bank suggestions anyone??

@BarclaysUKHelp It is the chat team via the app I've spoken to. Apparently, it takes 90 minutes to establish that the team who may be able to help (but probably can't) are closed!
