@WholeFoods brand new bag of your organic flour was opened today - to find it was infested with little weevil bugs! Bit dissapointed - what can I do?

@MoltonBrownUK is it normal to charge people £2 for a thin paper bag? We didn’t realise until we got home that we had been charged twice for a £1 paper bag that ripped on the way to the car?!? We were not even asked if we wanted a bag, or told of the cost 😡

@VirginAtlantic hi I think my last question got confused. On a Virgin/Delta flight (where I pay not a reward flight). If there is a connection, do I get tier points on each stage of the flight. Eg, 1st leg from London to NY, then also tier points from NY to Boston?

@VirginAtlantic if I am booking a flight with Delta or Virgin, and there is a connection. Do I get tier points on each leg of the flight? So for example 2 lots of 10 tier points for each leg? Or just a total of 10 tier points?

So If I fly from Boston to Tampa with a connection in Atlanta, I will earn tier points for the Boston to Atlanta, and then tier points from Atlanta to Tampa? (If both are qualifying from Delta?)

@VirginAtlantic hi, if want to upgrade and use airmiles for this - the table shows how many points are needed. But are there any taxes on top and how much are they?

@VirginAtlantic hi! On a recent flight we paid for an upgrade from Economy Delight to Premium. However we ended up with less air miles and tier points than the flight going out in Economy delight? Why is this?

@VirginAtlantic Great thanks! Would that mean (minus the £30) it’s fully refundable? Also, If I was to use my points to upgrade. It says it’s 15,000 returns for example. Is it just points that I’d use or do I have to pay taxes on upgrades as well?
