parallel with the Knicks' extraordinary penchant for magically rallying, coming-up-from-behind to triumph at virtually the last minute was the weirdly fascinating drama of "Wemby" on the court distinctive not only by his height but the thinness of his body which appeared, beside his teammates, almost pre-pubescent, lacking maturity. no matter where you looked, there was always "Wemby" charging about anticipating an opening to shove, push someone with a solid adult body with a baby-faced look of insouciance: "Who? Me? I' m just a kid."
Takashi Miike made a teaser trailer for Shohei Imamura's final film, WARM WATER UNDER A RED BRIDGE. To make it stand out, Miike declined using clips from the film and instead had famous friends of his sing the title.
Imamura's reaction was "I don't get it. Can we release this?"
"0-0. Stay desperate at all times." - Mikal Bridges on heading back to The Garden up 2-0 against the Spurs in the NBA Finals.

Sorry to bother you sir, I happened to be in the backrooms… My wife is a big fan of yours. If it’s not too much trouble my wife would love to have your autograph. Gee, she won’t believe it, she’s your biggest fan. Can I borrow a pen?
"One of my guilty-pleasure films that I actually think is quite beautifully made is 'Resident Evil' (2002). Watching Michelle Rodriguez in that film, moving like this feral creature, is joyful."
