@CoopFuneralcare absolute disgrace of a company, to charge £150 to see any relative over a weekend or past the hours 16:30. Disgraceful, even the people who work for your firm say it’s a disgusting money grabbing attempt since you took them over 3-years ago. Should be ashamed.

@AztecHotelUK Mental, paid for a hotel and spa to be told on arrival the spa is fully booked. Tried calling for hours, phone just rings out. Shambles of a Hotel, would highly recommend anyone who is interested in visiting to not bother.

@bt_uk We were told at 12pm that we’d have a call within the hour to book another engineer. Surprise surprise, this hasn’t happened!!! The correct equipment also hasn’t been ordered because of the problems in the warehouse & being sent the wrong item! I will DM you now.

@bt_uk imagine a company the size of BT being so incapable of there jobs 🤣 been without internet for 3 days, 2 different internal engineers have came out even though it was made clear it was an external problem. Can’t listen to my baby over night so let’s hope nothing happens

@bt_uk over night, your chat advisor was about as useful as a chocolate teapot & did nothing right, even ordered the wrong item!! 🤣🤣 problems in the warehouse so we can’t even order the correct item. Honestly couldn’t write it. Absolute 💩 show of a company.
