Friends, the innocuous post was mine, and I had posted it in January this year, and it went viral at that time. I am posting this to set the record straight.

1. I don't know why this post is being recycled after 5 months, though the message is relevant. It was only a gentle request in my personal capacity and nothing else.

2. Thanks for the kind words, but I am not fully deserving of the praise, as there are a few errors.

3. I was never posted as Chief Project Manager of the Vande Bharat project. I was a Financial Adviser in ICF, the production unit that manufactures the Vande Bharat trainset.

4. I was earlier posted as Chief Project Manager in the Chennai division, looking after station redevelopment and other projects, and not the Vande Bharat project.

5. The online portals have wrongly framed and mixed up my designation, and this has led to people being misled about my role in Vande Bharat. It was at best peripheral. Thanks! 🙏
