The executive branch is the one refusing to deliver justice (and they answer to the POTUS).

It's the department of justices responsibility and authority to unredact those names. Him reading them off does nothing. And there are undoubtedly more names.

@MarathonGG_ There needs to be better rewards on the map (other than cryo). Keys should be more common, especially for the map you find them on. Right now the best loot is from hunting down the other players, and there's little reason to do anything else.
