@GoKineticHome @Windstream @GoKineticBiz Somehow I was able to get help to put the ticket in. They are mentioning technician will be at the property on 10/19. 6-7 business days to fix the emergency issues? Really not happy with the service so far on this incident.

@SamsungUS @SamsungSupport Have placed the home appliance order a month ago and the delivery date was last week. But on delivery date, product family hub fridge had scratches on it. Customer care lady was very rude and had to cancel the order. Very bad experience. Can you help?

@SamsungSupport I can definitely reach out to sales team but not happy with the service. I had to cancel the order after a month wait and if I place a new order now then I have to wait 2 more month to get the delivery. Right now I’m left with no fridge in my new house. 😔😔
