I am in a love-hate conundrum with my leadership journey. But I realize the more I go through the difficult parts of it, the more I get what style makes sense for both my team and I.

This may be a minority opinion, but I enjoyed the One Sports commentary for the Yulo finals; Sev Sarmenta represented all of us who didn't understand gymnastics at all

Maybe just outgrowing some of the significant ones & the feeling of grief. It's the anxiety of keeping true to myself vs keeping people. But sometimes you need to prune a bit to grow taller.
It does feel horrid sometimes, but that's ok. The ones that keep u rooted stay.
