The way how we designed the MocaList $MOCA public sale with @MOCAFoundation is NOT to drive super crazy oversubscription story, otherwise we wouldn't have done guaranteed and waitlist codes.

The main objective is to include a curated community as much as possible, while giving everyone a fair chance of getting involved in the massive $MOCA ecosystem. Build together, win together.

These are the principles:

- Loyal Moca NFT holders getting the first and biggest access
- Active Moca ID users getting the first and second biggest access
- Curated communities getting a priority lane
- Everyone who participate get a fair chance of winning a $MOCA allocation
- Limit the max Lots to 1k USD per unique KYC'd user to ensure a distributed $MOCA community

Because of the KYC requirement in order to build out the longevity of $MOCA and being future-proof, we have made a lot of trade-offs. The side benefit of that is
