Under-18 marriage is not blanket pedophilia. Most cases it's village people marrying and then working together on a farm.

My villager grandparents married eachother at 15 and 14.

Early marriage also is a way to escape an abusive household or legitimize a high school relationship in a culture where premarital sex is frowned upon by parents.

Comparing this to pervasive direct evidence of US officials and famous individuals all prancing around with Epstein is disingenuous. It would be only "comparable" if Hassan Rouhani or some other high ranking Iranian official or famous individual was going to Epstein's (or an equivalent's) mansion, photographed with him, writing implacable emails, boarding the lolita express, etc.
