Parents today are being raised by the internet more than their own instincts, and it shows. The moment a child cries, coughs, or shows the slightest discomfort, people rush online to scream “too harsh”
A mum teaches her baby how to swim the child cries and coughs a bit, which is completely normal when a baby is introduced to water and suddenly everyone becomes a parenting expert.
We’ve reached a point where normal learning experiences are treated like abuse. Children cannot grow without moments of discomfort. Whether it’s swimming, walking, immunization, or learning boundaries, those small struggles are what build confidence and resilience.
This softness people preach isn’t protecting kids it’s weakening them. Kids need guidance, not coddling. Parents need support, not constant judgment.
@owiesrants @aleeazara Ucing dalam bahasa sunda artinya kucing, konotasinya bisa jadi positif ato negatif, seperti ucing sumput (petak umpet) permainan anak2 atau ucing gering(kucing sakit) artinya cewek yang gak bener.
Ada lagunya juga.
