@hkairlines Hi my family and I couldn’t make it on our flight from HKG to SFO on 9/17/2018 due to our flight being delayed from MNL to SFO. We were told we would get full refund for our tickets bcoz they couldnt get us on a flight til 9/23/18. No update yet regarding refund (1/2)
