@AmericanAir You’ve clearly missed the point. Why was the light bulb situation not changed when the aircraft sat in the ramp last night? After being over 8 hours late, if maintenance says it’s legal and go, then go. It’s not like DFW to ICT is difficult!

@AmericanAir as if the fiasco that was DFW last night wasn’t bad enough, but I board my “delayed” flight this AM (aircraft sat for over 7 hrs) and the pilot says they can’t leave until light bulbs get changed. Did the pilots not need those bulbs on the flight in last night?!?!

Miserable day of flying or trying to fly with @British_Airways from London Heathrow to Zurich. Multiple canceled flights, deleting my @AmericanAir emerald number from my reservation, and getting downgraded from #Club_Europe to a center economy seat. Completely unacceptable.

@AmericanAir Waiting is one thing, but it took 39 minutes from gate arrival for the baggage belt to start moving. How is it that you competitors were able to unload and get their customers taken care of so much faster?
