These 60 Minutes clowns are out here crying about “dictatorship” and “overlords” because management finally grew a spine and started firing some of their protected producers.

Scott Pelley got his ass handed to him after he tried to throw his weight around, and now the remaining three are leaking memos like a bunch of backstabbing cowards, pretending this is some noble stand for journalism.

Bullshit.

For years these arrogant pricks ran that show like their own private propaganda outlet, shielded from any real consequences while they pushed whatever narrative they wanted. Now that someone above them is actually making decisions, suddenly they’re the victims of tyranny. Spare me the fucking act. They’re not defending journalism ... they’re throwing a tantrum because they lost the ability to do whatever the hell they wanted with zero accountability.

And the best part? They wrote a much harsher version of their little memo, full of accusations and rage, then got scared, watered it down, and leaked the meaner draft to a friendly reporter so they could still get their shots in without fully owning it. Spineless.

These are the same people who spent years acting like they were the last line of defense against darkness, and the second they get told no, they start leaking documents and whining about how the newsroom isn’t a “dictatorship.”

Fuck them. This isn’t some grand tragedy for journalism. It’s what happens when an entitled, ideological clique finally gets dragged out of their protected bubble and forced to deal with actual management. They can cry about independence and integrity all they want ... everyone watching knows exactly what this really is. They’re just pissed they don’t get to run the place anymore.

Well well well! I’ll put this on the top of the Georgia Transparency Task Force agenda since we are nine days away from the runoff. Ahead of the runoff for the Lt Governor race, this document was filed to the Georgia Senate Ethics Committee on June 5. If you’re unsure what the job of the Lieutenant Governor is, it is to be in charge of the state Senate. To help bills move forward.

Former Georgia Senate President Pro Tempore John F. Kennedy is now running for Lieutenant Governor while facing a formal Senate Ethics Complaint alleging serious misconduct during his time in office.

The complaint, filed on June 5, 2026, by Atlanta attorney Drew Ashby, alleges that Kennedy engaged in an ongoing inappropriate sexual relationship with a college-aged Senate staffer between 2022-2023 while serving as President Pro Tempore of the Georgia Senate, one of the most powerful positions in state government. She was a Junior Staffer in the office of Steve Gooch, which was located in the Senate Leadership suite. John Kennedy exercised supervisory authority over Senate personnel, creating what the complaint describes as a significant power imbalance.

The filing alleges violations of Senate ethics rules, including standards of conduct and sexual harassment provisions, as well as potential violations of Georgia law. The complaint further requests an independent investigation and argues that Kennedy should not escape ethics review simply because he resigned from the Senate before the complaint was filed.

Notably, the complaint cites Georgia’s recently enacted Epstein Amendment (O.C.G.A. § 28-1-18), which was passed to ensure public officials cannot avoid accountability for alleged misconduct simply by leaving office. According to the filing, the law specifically applies to current and former legislators and allows review of conduct dating back to January 1, 2019. The complaint argues that Senate Ethics Committee jurisdiction is determined by when the alleged conduct occurred and when the complaint is filed, not by whether the official currently holds office.

Regardless of political affiliation, allegations involving a powerful elected official and a subordinate staff member deserve a full and transparent investigation. Georgians have a right to know whether the accusations are true, whether Senate rules were violated, and whether any efforts were made to conceal misconduct. Voters should have all relevant facts before deciding who should serve as Georgia’s next Lieutenant Governor.

John F. Kennedy is asking Georgians to trust him with the second-highest office in state government. Before voters make that decision, these allegations should be thoroughly investigated and resolved. If the allegations are substantiated, they would represent a profound abuse of power and a serious breach of the public trust. If they are not, that should be determined through a complete and independent investigation. Either way, Georgians deserve answers before Election Day.

I anticipate there will probably be a lot more complaints filed now that they pass the new law. They always say sunlight is the best disinfectant! 

To think this guy donated 22,000 to a PAC that props up sitting Georgia state senators in their campaigns against grassroots and that PAC ran a smear campaign on me and said my divorces and my 26 year old bankruptcy didn’t meet their VALUES, this is rich! Oof
