@CaryKelly11 Not quite as enthusiastic about the cut myself, but its rather servicable when done a good way. The fat cap can me made crazy good, too, if crispy. And if you don't crispify the fat cap that much on the initial cook, no worries, that makes for great beef cracklins and tallow.
@libsoftiktok@AmericanAir Happens all the time. God forbid the airport gets backed up due to weather, etc. They just lob them into storage for a while. I've had whole trips ruined with zero compensation.

@LastComiskey I'm one town over, bike ride away. It's Arlington or bust for me. I will never go to Indiana even if it was free. Travel nightmare. Though I have many fond memories of the Soldier (mostly in the 70s and 80s), I'm done dealing with that miserable commute, too.
