Train No 05729 (Katihar to Radhikapur) passenger which is scheduled at 2 pm..... Yet not started from its source station Katihar.... It has been at 1:37 min late and still it has not been started.

It has been around a month. How long will this drama last? Technician do not come to visit and refund requests automatically get rejected, and I call customer care and they generate fresh refund requests.
