@rotimatic i am shocked by the poor after sales support and warranty claims you made. You charge extra for warranty and cant resolve customer issues in 3 weeks. Only reply i get from your customer service is we are working on it and someone will reach out to me

@PranotiNagarkar #1/2 Had to reach out to you since your organization support team is not able to give me proper response. Got a faulty Rotimatic and not sure when will I get a replaced one. I was promised that it will be shipped as soon as you receive faulty one

@VadaPavKing_ @jainarpit06 @dpradhanbjp Some people got big screens so they could write the exam properly, I got a small screen , couldn't even read graphs and resistor diagram properly.
This has become luck based exam rather than merit based
The exam must be conducted again
