@rotimatic i am shocked by the poor after sales support and warranty claims you made. You charge extra for warranty and cant resolve customer issues in 3 weeks. Only reply i get from your customer service is we are working on it and someone will reach out to me
@jainarpit06@rotimatic I have now read many people experience the poor service from #rotimatic. It is there general tactic to exchange the machine everytime till the warranty. IMHO you should return it anf fall for trap. #rotimatic doesnot deserve prime space in our kitchens.
