@airindia Flight 618 dehradun Mumbai on 9th December was delayed by 1.30 hrs, luggage at the belt was recd almost 35-40 mins post flight arrival, very poor service of airindia, air india pls make sure u dont defame late ratan tata sir.

@IndiGo6E Such unexpected situations arise with us too and in the past a 5 min delay which could be accommodated we were shown the exit gate of the airport, this is the dual face of indigo, may the govt show u the exit soon

@IndiGo6E @DGCAIndia @JM_Scindia Indigo 2755 BOM-DEL departure 1.15 am passengers made to sit in aircraft, captains not available to fly the aircraft. It's 2.12 airlines say it's a glitch, we don't pay heavy price for such mistakes. Indigo shud be penalised for such an act
