Trainee Inspectors of Income Tax from National Academy of Direct Taxes, Regional Centre (Lucknow) undertook an orientation visit to 11 Gorkha Rifles Regimental Centre, #Lucknow. The program aimed to provide them a glimpse into the ethos of the Armed Forces — discipline, leadership and commitment to service.

The visit included a wreath-laying ceremony at the War Memorial, briefing sessions, interaction with officers and familiarisation with modern training infrastructure such as the Combat Weapon Training Simulator, Integrated Training Area and Motivation Hall.

This initiative fosters greater understanding, coordination and mutual respect between civil services and the Armed Forces, contributing to a spirit of national service and synergy.
