The "Saravana Bhavan lizard case" incident in August 2020 Connaught Place location. A customer found dead lizard in bowl of sambar. Video went viral , the customer filed a complaint FIR registered against restaurant under negligent acts and endangering human life.

The self proclaiming manager-Gayathri and a guy thinking hebis the minister at the door decidin who is qualified to enter the restaurant-Omar(or Umar not sure) had the audacity to shout, not let us in. Continued
Eventually, my dad came, completely pissed off at this behaviour, and walked in to talk to the manager, where gayatri comes into the picture and instead of cutting a sorry figure, says, and I quote "agar aap akele 4 logon ka table pe aate toh main khud aapko uthaake bahar fenkti"
@rapidobikeapp I've had multiple horrible experiences from rapido and for my lazy self, i never chose to go behind it. But today was the limit. Rapido is the last app ever I choose to book rides on for how their support system does not exist & I've never had a decent experience.
I was in the waiting, for a 4 people table. My parents were yet to join me, in 10mins or so and I was super tired, ready to order a coffee. They did mot let me in till my parents joined saying "4 log nahi hai toh nahi jaa sakte" WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? Continued-
So being from a corporate where I myself know atleast 20 colleagues going to sarvana bhawan janpath, and as far as I can, I will make sure i share my experience with them and they never walk into the restaurant again.
My go-to spot never be sarvana again.
