Most ppl aren't using meeting notetakers to their secret fullest potential
Once a meetings done, most people just get a summary - and that's it
They're stuck doing admin work afterwards: writing email followups. Pdf prosopals. Etc...
just a bunch of soul sucking busywork.
If you wanna be ahead of the 99% and get more time back...
Chain Reaction Events must occur
Once a meeting ends, these need to automatically happen after:
updates your CRM
writes a social media post
creates a pdf proposal
sends a followup email
schedules followup calendar meetings
to do's added into your project management
This is how you gain back so much more free time to actually do more meaningful things.
STOP looking boring af
My LinkedIn banner idea came from a can
Liquid Death
Yes the water brand worth $1.4B
Selling water in a bottle is one of the most highly competitive businesses out there
They won by having a big skull on a tin can (not a bottle) that says "Murder Your Thirst"
They sold a boring product using DISRUPTIVE marketing
Same with AI - everybody and their grandma has "AI" in their bio these days - it's insanely saturated
That's why I gave my AI branding agent my vision...
and now a giant mechanical king T-Rex is more memorable than the 99%
Dare to be different.
Comment "different" to get the same prompt I used to make my LinkedIn banner (must send me a connect request so I can then message it to you)
Cold calling sucks 😂
thats why we have ai do it sometimes
it's only like 95% perfect though
so heres a hilarious conversation (if u can call it that) we encounter every so often
for context, this is for one of my clients, a Toronto realtor with like 3,500 leads that are years old...
he was able to land a couple deals out of it - which would've been lost anyways
The way you use AI sucks.
Nearly every day people reach out n tell me they're having trouble automating parts of their business getting their agents to work how they dream them to.
They're not going to work how you intend them to unless they KNOW your intentions.
If your employee doesn't know your business, how will they be able to get work done properly?
Short answer: They won't.
Solution: Tell your agent EVERYTHING about you and your business:
+ Who you are
→ Your goals
→ Who your team is
→ What your processes look like
→ What gold standard is
→ What to NEVER do
→ What to ALWAYS strive for
→ What you want to automate
→ What you already have automated
→ How you want your agents to run
→ How you want your business to run
⛔ I restarted from completely 0!
To now 5,000+ impressions total in less than 30 days... and it was all 100% AUTOMATED (passive if u wanna call it that).
Those impressions turned into real clients = real money.
On June 4th I created an ai agent that posts to my page Rex Automaton ... tbh not cuz I was motivated, but cuz I felt fomo and laziness
Fomo: Google's May SEO update highly ranks case studies and first hand experience over generic ai slop and explainers - that means it's primetime to rank NOW
Lazy: "omg I really don't wanna write another Linkedin post by hand anymore... even though I know it's good for me"
The ai agent wasn't actually too complex to create too
It's trained on:
1. best practices on SEO, AEO so it ranks on Google and AI organic search traffic (Chatgpt, Claude, etc.)
2. my past client projects so it's real relevant use cases that others are actively looking to solve as well.
So the agent writes from real builds. Real mechanics, real numbers, the exact problems businesses are typing into search right now.
Then it publishes every day WITHOUT me touching it.
No content calendar. No micromanaging. No "chatgpt what do I post today"
Just a system that shows up daily, compounds, and turns work I already did into reach I didn't have to chase.
The part most people miss:
The impressions aren't the win. The leverage is.
I built it once and it runs while I sleep
It's the same kind of system I build for businesses drowning in work they were never meant to do by hand.
Now imagine an agent for each of the 100 other manual tasks you do daily...
🗝️ what's 1 thing in your business you'd want me to automate first?
🧨 My team said I'm absolutely insane for doing this but here goes...
I spent almost 4 yrs shipping AI agents for people's businesses, over 250+ projects
But I did the math last week and realized I was doing my model wrong.
So I decided to turn it all into a single membership
🧨 We'll build you an UNLIMITED amount of ai agents and automations.
Flat monthly fee. Queue whatever you want. Delivered in a few days. Pause anytime.
No more hiring, no more agency retainers, no more surprise invoices.
I opened 5 founding seats.
Only 2 left now.
If you're looking to scale without hiring, wanna automate the work you hate, or have a list of things that should be automated and never get to, this is for you.

I found a way to sell AI infrastructure to companies doing $2M-$50M/year.
ALL with no sales team, enterprise connections or cold calls.
Businesses are desperate for Ai implementation right now and anyone can do this.
But most people get it wrong and that's why they fail.
They lead with tools, ex) "we build automations" or "we integrate AI."
That means nothing to a CEO managing 40 people and $5M in revenue.
They pitch features instead of showing the cost of doing nothing.
And they price hourly, so the buyer treats them like a freelancer instead of a partner.
Mid-market and enterprise companies are bleeding $100K-$500K/year on broken processes, bloated SaaS stacks, and manual work they don't even realize they're paying for.
They WANT to buy AI infrastructure, they just don't trust most people selling it.
Because most people selling it sound like every other agency.
I created a guide breaking down exactly:
→ How to position AI infrastructure so executives actually listen
→ The discovery framework that turns a 30-min call into a $25K-$100K project
→ How to calculate ROI so the price sells itself
→ The 3-pillar strategy process that closes 60%+ of qualified prospects
→ Why "sell the map before you sell the build" changes everything

🤡 AI is one big circle jerk rn
people collecting 10,000 workflows like pokemon cards with $0 revenue
meanwhile 1 crm + 1 follow up automation = 40k/month
if you can't point to one automation that made you real money
you're not building a business...
you're building a circus
I pulled a FRESH LIST OF 1200+ CONSTRUCTION & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DECISION MAKERS
The people who actually sign contracts, approve vendors, and move money.
