@BreatheLesss Sedentary living is indirectly killing so many people. So much bad linked to sitting for more than 8-10 hours a day. And the sat part is most people prob sit in a desk for 6 hours at work, and then come home and watch tv or doomsday scroll for 2+ hours

@BreatheLesss Whereas an env. with nutrient rich food isn’t impacted as much by a few unhealthy items. A few cookies here and there are fine, but if your pantry has no nutrient rich foods, then you’re just gonna end up eating those unhealthy foods.

@BreatheLesss I think environment is more important that classifying food as food or bad. An environment that promotes eating very addictive foods with sugar and sodium just leads to overeating of those foods which I think is what is happening.
