Want to share or attach files from my @SharePoint @MicrosoftTeams libraries in an email in @Outlook web client - why are all my groups listed in the order I joined them...? Very hard to find the relevant group... Is there a better way to share/attach without synch to local PC?

Now do notice that many @Yammer addresses are added to my safe senders list, have you updated this recently? Great! @MicrosoftViva however is added as Safe sender without being explicitly listed. Why the difference?
